Garcia Construction Inc’s expert technicians perform a 15-point diagnostic examination to pinpoint current or upcoming issues within your system. Some of the key elements on our checklist are: fuses, disconnect box, contactor, capacitors, condenser fan motor, blower motor, and thermostat. Then we proceed to check electrical components for the appropriate voltage and ampere draw. Next, we inspect the filter, evaporator coil and condenser coil for cleanliness, or lack thereof. Then, we take a reading of system static pressure to determine proper airflow and test the refrigerant circuit to ensure correct refrigerant levels. Finally, we examine the overall installation to ensure the work was done to code and without errors. After our diagnostic has been completed, we report our findings to the Owner along with a reasonable price for repairs.
